Nothing like @aaa_national @aaa_tennessee royally screwing up multiple times when you call in a spare change. Hey guys, no worries that we pay $143/year. No worries that we have a child who’s VERY hungry, two dogs that are getting too warm, and two adults that have jobs to do. But that’s ok. Go ahead and send a locksmith when we asked for a tire change. Go ahead and tell us an hour when it’s two hours. Go ahead and randomly cancel our service without telling us. How is a company this dysfunctional?! #AAA do ya read me?
